Portland Ski Fever

A few weeks ago when I was hanging out in Spokane, my buddy Robby Franco called me to see if I would be interested in jumping on trampolines for a ski show happening in Portland. Originally I had been planning to just fly down to Colorado, but this opportunity sounded like too much fun to pass up.

Hopping on the train

Lucky enough for me, this gave me the perfect opportunity to go meet up with a couple friends in Government Camp.  So a couple days before our show was about to start, I took the train down to the Hood River area and chilled in Govy for a couple days.

On the Thursday after meeting up with some good friends in Portland, I went to pick up Robby from the airport and headed straight to the expo center for a little bit of practice on the trampolines.

The very next morning, Robby and I had to be at the expo by 6 AM for the news stations to spread the word about the show. After jumping around all morning and getting very exhausted it was time for a quick power nap.

Following the nap it was time to begin the show.  The other performers in the show were some awesome breakdancers, along with the ever so lovely Alpine Angel dancers.

On Saturday night after the shows I was able to link up with a couple good friends and go out to Montage for dinner.

The next morning Robby and I were able to go grab some breakfast with my brother Josh and a couple buddies.  Following a yummy meal it was time for Robby and I to go perform the last two shows.

Right after the last show was over we said goodbye, and headed off on the road to Colorado.

All in all we performed a total of 9 shows throughout the weekend, and had an absolute blast! Very grateful I was able to do the shows this last weekend, and looking forward to the next time I get to hang out in Portland.
