Day 59 - Hop, Skip, and a Photo

Woke up nice and easy this morning to some light in the room. First time since being here that I slept through the entire night. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing that felt. It really doesn’t happen too much for me anymore. As the morning continued, I got the routine started with Coffee & and as I slowly started to get dressed, I was able to have a small breakfast. Thankful for going to the store yesterday and buying some food. I really missed having some breakfast the past week, and happy I don’t need to be there at 7:00 am on the other side of campus for it.

Back and ready for the trampoline session at the gym around 9 am, and today I really focused on slowing it down. Mainly working on take-offs. Most of the kid’s area really taking off early and whipping their head at the start.

In the afternoon, instead of heading back to the hotel. I decided to stick around for the afternoon session. During the afternoon workout, the kids were doing a few jumping drills. Noticed some of our staff sitting in the background. After a few attempts, I was able to get one great shot of our Sports Scientist Li Lin with Team Physio, Big Bear.

Ran into the same problem as yesterday, unsure of what to do for photos in the evening. As we got close to the hotel though, I noticed a car parked outside the gate in front. With traffic going slowly behind it, I thought it would make for an interesting photo. Since the area was lit well, I was able to take this with a low ISO and finally have a couple of night photos without grain.
